All right, who are these two rubes with this throwback radio program?

Well, the senior member of the team is Jasper P. Snodgrass, a.k.a. David Masters. He is, politely put, a "well-seasoned" veteran of show business. According to legend, he had coffee with Daniel Boone, but that has not been authenticated. Born in Richmond, VA, more years ago than David cares to remember, he developed a passion for basketball at a very early age. David, who became known as Jeep because of his hustle and stature, was honored as the shortest all-state basketball player in the history of the state. A graduate of John Marshall High, Jeep was a five foot, two inch giant on the court. After serving during WWII in the China-Burma-India Theater, where he ran the mile in a record time in a service track meet, Jeep returned to the U.S. and to basketball at William & Mary College in Williamsburg, VA. He was hampered by a nagging injury, but that did not stop the Jeepster, who found a new niche in show business. From a small part in a university production of Macbeth, David became one of the most visible performers in just about every production of Fiddler on the Roof to grace "the great white way."And then, to cap it off, he became a stand up comedian and traveled throughout the world on cruise ships, entertaining audiences with his humor, patter, charm and wit. One of David’s lifelong passions is animals. He devotes much of his time to caring for a large collection of assorted creatures at his New Jersey home.

The junior member of this team is Caleb Higginbottom, a.k.a. Dante Giammarco. He, too, is a seasoned performer but not quite as well-seasoned as Jasper. His background includes a childhood as an army brat, a thirty-five year career as a high school and middle school teacher, and an acting career that includes over one hundred stage productions. Among his favorite roles are Banquo in Macbeth , Marc in a regional theater production of "Art," and the tile role in Galileo. He has appeared in NYC in a number of productions, most recently in the acclaimed Handball, portraying a loud, obnoxious, handball player. The accordion he wears in the photo on our website is more than a prop. He has been playing since his early days and continues to take requests. One of his favorites is NOT TO PLAY, for which he eagerly accepts tips!
